How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been placed you will receive tracking information with estimated delivery time. If you have not received your items within the estimated time, please email support@elusion.ltd.

How do I return an item?

To return an item simply email support@elusion.ltd. Include your order number and the reason for returning the item. We always aim to get back to customers within 24 hours. 

What size am I?

How do I look after my clothes?

1. Wash clothes inside out. All your sweat and dead skin cells stick to the inside of your clothes. Washing inside out will ensure a thorough wash.
2. Always wash at low temperatures. When washing your garment always ensure you’re washing at 30 degrees or below. High temperatures waste a lot of energy and can reduce its lifespan.
3. Do NOT tumble dry. Our products are designed to dry quickly, so there is no need to use the tumble dryer. Using one will shorten the lifespan, also will save you loads of energy!
4. We recycle! Once your products are no longer wearable anymore send them back to us and you will receive a 20% of your next purchase voucher! Email support@elusion.ltd for more information.

How do I know you planted a tree?
